VEGA washing tank installation, Verona

Installation of VEGA universal washing tank in Zevio, province of Verona.

Our client needed to wash some components of the rotographic and flexographic presses that were not being perfectly washed and cleaned by the automatic systems present by default in the printing presses.

The VEGA tank with its mobile trolley and medium-pressure nozzles ensured the customer’s perfect washing of components with work cycles of up to twenty minutes.

His characteristics?

• Horizontal mechanically driven washing unit equipped with high-impact washing heads for deep cleaning of components to be washed.
• Safety ensured by lid opening sensor and vacuum valve.
• Tanks provided depending on the chosen configuration (wash/blow – wash/rinse/blow) made of stainless steel, with conical bottom to improve emptying and cleaning. Filter unit located inside each tank consisting of washable stainless steel filters.

The plant has been connected to the distilled and dirty solvent management network-already  implemented by us in the past-for a fully automatic transfer from the tanks of the spent solvent tank to the distiller and the recall of the distilled solvent from the distiller itself.
