The “STARLIGHT” technology allows the extraction of water from water/ink – water/varnish – water/emulsion mixtures through a “patented and innovative” technical principle that does not require chemical additives and uses low energy consumption.
“STARLIGHT” is on the market with a Green innovation, based on the principles of the Circular Economy. Through an innovative principle, it separates polluted water from inks, paints and emulsions, obtaining clarified water to be reused in production processes and a residue composed exclusively of the primary product.
The separation of the pollutant
The separation of the pollutant takes place through a patented separation chamber and a software of our production that manages the entire process automatically even if the percentage of pollutant varies.
STARLIGHT does not use any chemical/physical product to obtain separation, this means that the treated product does not undergo changes to its original chemical/physical nature while maintaining its original characteristics.
